The course takes you on a scenic journey along a paved trail in a lollipop-style race, commencing at Colby Lake Park. Traverse north through the picturesque Wilms Lake rollers, conquer a challenging hill around Summit Pointe Park, and make a triumphant return under the tunnel to Colby Lake Park for an energetic finish line reception. Following the run, it's time to head home to join your family for a delightful day of grilling, swimming, and, of course, enjoying the spectacular fireworks display. Start your Fourth of July with a burst of energy and celebrate the day with a memorable run and festive family activities!

  Lake Rebecca Triathlon is located just 30 miles west of downtown Minneapolis at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, MN. Lake Rebecca is part of the Three Rivers Park District, and provides a beautiful backdrop for a great day of racing and spectating. There are many reasons why Lake Rebecca has continued to be such a popular destination for a triathlon: a clear, clean non-motorboat lake, low traffic county roads with wide shoulders, a beautiful run in the shade of mature trees, parking close to transition and lots of room to roam for spectators and families.

  All abilities are welcome to join us, and we look forward to seeing you at Lake Rebecca Triathlon in July!

We welcome all women and non-binary people who identify with womanhood to challenge themselves to a swim, bike and run around Lake Nokomis. The event course is also para-friendly for adaptive athletes, and some scholarships are available for first-time athletes. All racers ages 11 and up are welcome to participate in the SuperSprint and ages 14+ in the Sprint categories.
