Shredders MTB Summer Camps run for four days, Monday-Thursday, and are packed with bike related activities, riding and fun! Fridays are reserved as our contingency day in case of rain. Please Note: Summer camps are open to riders entering first grade in the 2026-2027 school year.

Shredders Kingdom Girls-Only Overnight Camp is for Grades 6-12 and is open to all rider abilities. This year, we will be based at Kingdom Farm Lodge, where there are trails right out the door! Reach out to Mary Marcinko ([email protected]) if you'd like to know more about this fun camp located in the world-famous Kingdom Trails of Northern Vermont!

    Be Prepared

To set your riders up for success and enjoyment during Summer Camp, it's essential that brakes and gearing on their bike are fully functional. You can reach out to Grey Ghost Bicycles, Trek Saratoga, or Freemans Bridge Sports for help addressing any mechanical needs your child's bike may have. Let them know your child is a Shredder!

Additionally, each camper should come equipped with a helmet, water, and a snack for each day of camp. For more detailed information on how to prepare for Summer Camp, click HERE.

Nearly 500 runners and walkers joined us last year, and after three years of tinkering, we finally cracked the code: same course, same start and finish, and the same post-race reward — a cold Common Roots beer. This year, we’re kicking off at 6:30 PM and hoping for clear skies. Thanks to the running clubs, creative teams, and proud wearers of wild shirts and wilder props who make this event what it is. See you at the start line, where good people, great stories, and maybe a few mismatched costumes collide for a cause that runs deep.

A 4 mile trail race within the confines of the Schenectady Central Park trail system. 100% of the proceeds will go to Second Chances Recovery Services. This trail race will be an open time trial format. Runners will be able to start their timed lap any time between 8 and 11AM, with the course closing at 12 PM.

This is in honor of Ellen Wisnoski, our beloved sister who lost her battle with addiction in September of 2024. Join us for a beautiful day on the trails, and honor Ellen’s legacy by helping those in need.

A guided yoga/stretching session will be available pre-race, with post race refreshments at the finish line.
