Welcome to the 2026 Chick-fil-A Chickamauga Trojan Run! This run is a fundraiser to support the Gordon Lee Middle and High School Cross Country and Track Teams. Medals will be awarded to the overall
top 3 males and females as well as the top 3 in each age group (10 year increments).

PACKET PICK-UP 7:30AM GLHS FOOTBALL FIELD
RACE STARTS AT 9:00 AM
Event details and schedule
Parking will be available at Gordon Lee High School in the front horseshoe or off of 12th Street. Once at the school, go behind the main building to the football field where the registration tent will be set up. The course starts at the intersection of 12th Street and Crescent Avenue. It goes the length of 12th Street West Bound and then turns around to go back East Bound. On the way back to Gordon Lee's campus, you will run through Leewood Estates. The course finishes on Gordon Lee's Football Field. The course has some hills, but it is a fast course!

🐔🧇 Chicken & Waffles Dash 5K
Get ready for the most delicious and ridiculous 5K you’ll ever run! Join us on June 13th, 2026 during the Chickamauga Chicken & Waffles Festival for a race that’s equal
parts running, laughter, and breakfast-themed fun.
Runners are encouraged to dress the part and join our Chicken & Waffles Costume Challenge. Come dressed as your best chicken, waffle, syrup bottle, chef, or anything breakfast-inspired. The more creative (and slightly ridiculous), the better.

After you dash through the course and cross the finish line, the fun doesn’t stop there. Stick around and celebrate at the festival with amazing food vendors serving up chicken, waffles, and other delicious eats, plus a makers market full of talented local artisans and unique finds.
Whether you're racing for a PR, running for the waffles, or just showing up to see people dressed like breakfast foods… this race is guaranteed to be a good time.
