    This spectacular fast and flat parkway run has 10km, 21km and 42km courses on offer.

    Winding along the Parramatta River, only 30 minutes west of Sydney CBD, the course takes in the sites of George Kendall Riverside Park, Meadowbank Park, Rhodes Point, and Newington Nature Reserve using the Parramatta Valley shared use path.

    With stunning river views showcasing the beauty of this area, it’s one not to be missed!

    Whether you’ve participated in Bouddi Coastal Run before or you’re new to the trail running scene, this event deserves a top spot on your summer to-do list!

    The scenic trail run offers stunning coastal views with a variety of terrain including smooth trails, cliff tops and hills, sandy expanses, and rocky landscapes — the perfect way to experience the outdoors! Taking in the sites of Putty Beach, Gerrin Point, Maitland Bay, Bouddi Point and Bombi Point and with cliff top views of the natural Marine Park, it’s a winner with all runners.

    Bouddi Coastal Run includes a 14km and 21km looped course, perfect for the seasoned athletes and beginners alike. The 1km Kids Beach Run will be held on the beach and offers the kids a chance to also get involved. The event is held within Bouddi National Park, a stunning coastal reserve on the NSW Central Coast, located only 1.5hrs north of Sydney or 2hrs south of Newcastle.

    If trail running is your passion and you are looking for a family friendly event offering trails with beautiful coastal views and a variety of terrain, you’ve come to the right place. You will find all this plus more at Raffertys Coastal Run.

    The event is hosted from the magnificent Raffertys Resort on the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie. Nestled amongst beaches and bush on the quiet bay of Cams Wharf, the self catering resort offers visitors an opportunity to experience 38 acres of pure relaxation and rejuvenation – just 90 minutes north of Sydney. It provides the perfect backdrop to a weekend of running and activities for the whole family.

    On offer are three course distances – 12km, 22km and 35km to accommodate runners/walkers of all abilities. Starting and finishing at Raffertys Resort, the trail snakes through the Wallarah National Park taking in the sites of beautiful Lake Macquarie and the stunning coastline of historic Catherine Hill Bay and the Munmorah State Conservation Area. The terrain is varied – bushland single track, fire trail, coastal tracks, rock platforms and beach running all feature to challenge and excite the most discerning of trail runners.

    Back for its 20th year the Convict 100 is one of Australia's most challenging mountain bike marathons following the historic Convict Trail through the Dharug and Yengo National Parks. The course features a mix of fast fire trail, technical rock gardens, spectacular ridgeline views, rocky descents and the infamous kayak bridge. With 100km, 67km and 48km distance on offer there is a distance to suit all skill and fitness levels.
