Será enviada por correo electrónico aproximadamente 2 semanas antes del evento, con todos los detalles: rutas, zonas de transición, reglamento, horarios y recomendaciones importantes.

Transferencias de un atleta a otro:

Tiene una cuota de transferencia de $35 dólares.

Condiciones importantes:

La transferencia solo puede realizarse una vez por inscripción.

La inscripción puede cambiarse a otra distancia o modalidad, siempre y cuando el precio sea igual o mayor.

En caso de que la nueva inscripción tenga un precio mayor, el atleta deberá pagar la diferencia correspondiente.

Si la nueva inscripción tiene un precio menor, no se realizará ningún reembolso.

No se permiten transferencias después de la fecha límite indicada ni durante la semana del evento.

Las inscripciones no son reembolsables.

Una vez completada la transferencia, el nuevo atleta asume toda la responsabilidad de la participación y acepta el reglamento del evento.

Athlete-to-Athlete Transfers

A transfer fee of $35 USD applies.

Important Conditions:

The transfer may only be completed once per registration.

The registration may be changed to another distance or category, provided the price is equal to or higher.

If the new registration has a higher price, the athlete must pay the difference.

If the new registration has a lower price, no refund will be issued.

No transfers are allowed after the stated deadline or during event week.

Registrations are non-refundable.

Once the transfer is completed, the new athlete assumes full responsibility for participation and agrees to the event rules and regulations.
