Sprint distance: 750 m swim - 20 km bike - 5 km run
Middle distance: 1900 m swim - 90 km bike - 21,1 km run
Swim at Baltic Sea! New one lap and very fast bike course at Żuławy Wiślane region and run course among the beach in Gdansk - Brzeźno passing Ronald Raegan park.

19th June 2026 is dedicated for kids 7 - 17 years old with Trefl Aquathlon
20th June 2026 triathlon at Sprint distance as well as Challenge Women by Brooks Run 5K
21st June 2026 triathlon at middle distance.
