MustLoveHills RUNCREW began in Cape Town in January 2017 when founder Mike transformed his solo hill repeats into a shared passion. What started with a handful of friends has evolved into more than 80 runners gathering every Tuesday evening. The crew operates on a simple premise: hard training and genuine support are inseparable. At Foresters Arms in Newlands, runners tackle hill repeats at their own pace, climbing their chosen number of reps. The vibe remains rooted in pushing limits while keeping no one behind. Eighty strong and drawing from every corner of Cape Town, MustLoveHills RUNCREW has built something rare, where coaching is real and the community stays warm.
