The TBF Open Water Swim Class has been teaching swimmers for over 20 years at Folsom Lake! This class is perfect for anyone wishing to learn how to swim stronger and with more confidence in the open water. This class will meet twice a week and teach you proper swim technique and how to improve your swim speed, stamina, and efficiency.

Each Class meeting offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced lesson plans/swim workout options.
The Open Water Swim Class meets every Monday and Wednesday at Beal's Point, Folsom Lake. We will have one class at 6:30 p.m. with different levels.
