Thank you for participating in Brownsville Fire Department Run to the Rescue 5K run will begin at 7am and the 1 miler will begin at 07:07am on the day of the event. Thank you once again and we look

Package pick up is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Brownsville Fire Station 9, 62 E Alton Gloor Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526. Must register by 5/20/26 in order to guarantee tshirt size.
On-site late registrations for the one mile only, will be available with medal and shirt while supplies last. This event has a limited availability of 300 runners.

This youth aquathon is held for kids ages 7-16 with age categories of 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 and 15-16. The race distance is 100-meter swim with 1000 meter run for ages 7-10, and a 200-meter swim with 1500 meter run for ages 11-16.
The race is held at the Port Isabel Derry pool and on a closed run course in the neighborhood.
