This event is a 5k/1 Mile Run/Walk on flat village streets, or a short crawl to Tapper's Bar. The event starts in front of the Dorchester Days Beer Tent on W. Washington Street.
Post-race party includes one free Bloody Mary for all those over the age of 21, and sundae for those under 21 until noon.

Welcome to the Augusta Bean and Bacon Days Run For The Bacon 5k 2025!
This event will be a fun run/walk (not a timed event). T-shirt giveaway ends June 14th.
Start and Finish line will take place at
the Augusta Memorial Field.
(Field is located at the intersection of Colfax and South Spring Street)
Registration/packet pick up starts at 7:30am, July 5th and race start time will be at 8:30am sharp.
Money from the run will go to the Senior, handicap, and young children improvements at the Main Street Park.
Come and join us to sweat your beans off for the bacon before the family fun events start for the day!

Pedal for a cause at the 6th Annual Pedal Point Rally! The Pedal Point
Rally is a two-day celebration of cycling for all ages and all types of riders, with proceeds from the ride going to benefit Spokes Fighting Strokes Adaptive Cycling.
Friday activities include your choice of one of two tours, either a bike/walking tour of Stevens Point murals in the historic downtown area, or a bike tour of the Stevens Point Sculpture Park, with over 40 art installations. After the tours, we will head to the Stevens Point Brewery for Polito's Pizza, plus optional brewery tours. After that, we will head back to the Shoppe for a drawing for the popular Golden Envelope Contest.
Saturday brings more cycling fun! The Saturday tour routes of differing lengths: 4 Mile, 8-10 Miles, 15-20 Miles, or 40 Miles. The four-mile Ice Cream Ride will head to Feltz Dairy Store and Farm, which includes the option to purchase a two-scoop ice cream cone or dish, and playground and petting zoo access!

The Colby Cheese Days Race is dedicated to the memory of Lt. Jamison Kampmeyer who was killed in the line of duty as a member of the Colby Fire Department. Jamison, 34, was a loving husband, father to 3 young boys, Firefighter, EMT, SWAT team member, and a Deputy with the Marathon County Sheriff's Dept. Jamison was also an avid runner who participated in the 10k run during Cheese Days for many years. Jamison embodied the spirit of giving in both his professional and personal life. He leaves a legacy as a dedicated public servant and true hero who touched the lives of many. Jamison is greatly missed and will never be forgotten. So to honor his legacy and remember his spirit, we Run for Jamison.

As a part of the Wausau 24 weekend of events, Wausau Trail Run utilizes the single track mountain bike and ski trails at Nine Mile Recreation Area to host a 5K, 10K, and 20K trail run (Each runner will run 1, 2 or 4 Laps on our course which is approximately 5K). Be prepared for twists and turns, roots and rocks! This run begins at SUNSET, so bring your LIGHTS!

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
The Black Squirrel Scurry is a triathlon that features a 2 mile paddle down the Prairie River, a 17.5 mile bike ride featuring the River Bend Trail out to the countryside of Lincoln County, and a 5K trail run through the Merrill Area Rec Complex and Council Grounds State Park. Park at the MARC and catch a shuttle bus to Prairie River Park.
RACE FEES: (Fees will rise July, 1)
$70 Solo Ages 20 and Older. ($80 after 7/1)
$45 Solo 19U
$140 Tandem and Relay Teams Ages 20 and Older. ($160 after 7/1)

Returning Champions and those requesting a seeded starting time need to have request sent to race director by July 15, 2022 for consideration.

WEATHER POLICY: If in the event of severe or threatening weather, course workers will communicate conditions and, by decision of the Merrill Fire Dept., may communicate to participants to immediately stop to seek shelter. If in the event heat indices begin to enter unhealthy zones, participants will be informed at transition stations. If a participant feels, at any time, that conditions are not safe to continue, please communicate to a course worker your status. The course may be shut down if heat indices enter a dangerous zone and all participants will be asked to stop.

Join us for the popular Athens Fair 5K Run/Walk that takes place in downtown Athens as part of the Annual Athens Fair. This year is the 16th running of the popular mid-summer run. The 5K starts at
Memorial Park, (in front of the Beer Tent) routes through the scenic Erbach Park trails and finishes on Kreutzer Street at in Downtown Athens, next to the grocery store, Main Street Market. The race is made possible by the following local businesses and organizations.
Local businesses generously sponsor the giveaways including T-shirts, finish line snacks and beverages, water stops, and awards.
Registration proceeds support the many activities of the Athens Fair

Experience the 15th Annual Wausau Marathon!
Join us on Sunday, August 23th, 2026, for a wonderful race experience. The Wausau Marathon features a Marathon, Half Marathon, and a free 5K, offering
something for every runner.
The course takes you over the stunning Wisconsin River and through some of the most scenic parts of the region. Runners from across the country join us each year, making this a truly special community event.
The course is USATF certified and can be used as a Boston, Chicago, and New York Marathon qualifier. The cutoff for the Boston Marathon is the middle of September, making the Wausau Marathon one of the last opportunities to qualify for next year's race. 9.5% of our field qualified in 2025!
