Come and join The Farmer Next Door and co-host Homegrown Fitness, LLC at Alsteen Farms, LLC for a farmer inspired obstacle course. The course is estimated to be about 2 miles and will be designed to take you through a variety of farm based chores such as feeding calves, picking rocks, throwing tires, carrying gates, and climbing through a tractor making it fun and scalable for all fitness levels. Afterwards you'll be able to treat yourself to a delicious yogurt bar and an optional farm tour to learn more about the dairy industry.

Note: while on the course please keep in mind that the farm is still up and running
