  A new kind of event with something for every one and every ability. The Leavenworth Mai BlumenLauf (May Flower Run) features a fun family style 5k to benefit Cascade Medical Foundation, a two circuit 10k and a Four circuit half marathon - all right through the heart of Leavenworth's downtown and its riverfront trails.

  Leavenworth is Washington's "Bavarian Village" located 2.5 hours east of the Puget Sound region and borders the Wenatchee/Okanogan National Forest and the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area. Packed with charm, year-round annual events, great food, unique tours & attractions, activities, and a range of accommodations, the Bavarian village of Leavenworth, Washington delivers a memorable mountain escape.

This annual event promises a fun-filled morning of fitness and feathered friends. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a good time, this 5k is perfect for all levels. Don't miss out on the chance to run, walk, or waddle your way to the finish line at the Fowl Play 5k! Costumes, kids, pets are welcome. Bib pickup is from 8:30am to 8:55am on race day.
