Dugan's Run is a long standing fun run hosted by Dugan's Pizza in Ocean Shores since 1985, in which a portion of the course is on the beach of Ocean Shores and we have a race for everyone! Check in to pick up race numbers, and T-Shirts Saturday, March 21st 2:00pm - 5:00pm and race day morning Sunday, March 22nd from 8:00am - 9:30am. Races start with the Kid's Dash at 10:00am, followed by the Youth Mile, then 5K, and awards ceremony will be held at Dugan's Pizza after the races conclude.
This event is all about having a good time and enjoying friends, family, running is not required! Your 4-legged leashed walking/running companion is welcome to join in.

Please note we cannot guarantee size or shirt availability for registrants after February 20th. Registrants for 5k and youth mile are still eligible for a free shirt and kids dash shirts will be for sale at race check in while supplies last at a first come first serve basis.

- $30 Registration
o Children are allowed to non-competitively run in the 5K with an adult
o If a child wishes to run in more than one race competitively they will need to be registered for both desired races (ex: Youth Mile & 5K)

The proceeds from this year's race and donations will benefit the North Beach Booster Club, a non-profit organization that assists the students of the North Beach Schools by providing funds to help purchase new equipment for sports and clubs, attend camps and other activities. North Beach Booster Club also provides2 scholarships to HYAK seniors annually. GO HYAKS!!
Races are held in RAIN or SHINE!
Course is thoroughly marked with race officials and signage, for a stress free, fun experience

Come and enjoy the 'Run Like the Wind' races in Westport, WA, by entering a 5K run/walk, a 10K run or a Half Marathon run on the scenic Westport Light Trail and beyond. Our courses are rolling and fairly flat. All the races will start at the marina, go down and around the Fishermen's Memorial and then head for the paved trail around Half Moon Bay and through Westhaven State Park. A little farther down the trail, the 5K folks will turn around and head back to the starting point. Those running the 10K will appreciate the ocean views as they continue south on the trail and then run around the Westport Lighthouse before returning to the marina. After running around the lighthouse, the Half Marathon participants will follow the signs to the beach where there will be 5.7 miles of running in the sand before returning to the marina. It's an event for everyone and truly a "wind-in-your-hair" experience!
