Join us on Saturday, March 21st to walk, run, jog, stroller-stride, and laugh your way through 6 strong miles alongside the most encouraging fitness + parenthood community. This is a pressure-free event— all paces welcome as we focus on connection, encouragement, and the joy in movement that makes FIT4MOM what it is.

Whether you’ve been part of our FIT4MOM village or Run Club+ family for years, or this is your very first event with us, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Registration includes:
- Race shirt, bib, + finisher medal
- Post-race celebration
- A whole lot of high-fives, cheers, and community vibes
Things to know:
- Main run is a 6 mile loop (starting and ending at the YMCA)
- Walkers, runners, joggers, dancers, skippers, and spectators welcome
- Family-friendly event— husbands, partners, kids, and friends can all join in!
- 6 mile run will be clock-timed (no chips)
- Strollers and dogs welcome
- This is a pressure-free, community-first run designed to be F U N

- In your local community where you can walk, run, or bike as part of our 1 in 31 Challenge to acknowledge and support the 1 in 31 people on the spectrum where they live in Texas. Register for free, create a team fundraiser, and track your miles. Donate or raise a minimum of $31 by April 23, 2026 to receive a 2026 event tee.
- Make a personal donation or create a fundraiser and invite friends and family to show their support for the Texas Autism Community.
- Become a Sponsor or Resource Fair Exhibitor and receive recognition and visibility at the in-person event and the online resource fairs held in May in English and Spanish.

Cedar Park's newest Sunday tradition starts this spring! The Cedar Park Run Mile Challenge is a 5-week series designed for adults of ALL fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, this is YOUR chance to challenge yourself alongside your community. There is also a times 3 (5K) challenge for those who want to run longer!

Run it. Walk it. Push a stroller. Bring a friend. Just show up and move.

Your registration directly supports HKRS Cedar Park. These funds will support youth running programs in Cedar Park, including facility fees, equipment, registration assistance for families in need, and program development. Your participation helps ensure every child has the opportunity to participate in healthy, active lifestyle programs - building confidence, friendships, and lifelong healthy habits.

How does your money help?

Limited financial resources, lack of access to youth sports programs, social isolation, and barriers to healthy lifestyle activities are just some of the challenges young people face in accessing running programs. Through HKRS Cedar Park's 5-week fall and spring running series, and having a supportive community presence, HKRS Cedar Park helps kids build confidence, develop healthy habits, and overcome obstacles to active living. HKRS Cedar Park is part of a nationally recognized organization. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit it offers registration assistance to ensure all children can participate regardless of their family's financial situation, and anyone can access their programs including families new to running. All of their programs are welcoming, inclusive, and tailored to each individual child's age and ability level. Your money helps to do this.

The Challenge

The Cedar Park Run Mile Challenge is a 5-week series designed for adults of ALL fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, this is YOUR chance to challenge yourself alongside your community.

Run it. Walk it. Push a stroller. Bring a friend. Just show up and move.

Your registration directly supports HKRS Cedar Park. These funds will support youth running programs in Cedar Park, including equipment, facility fees, and program development. Your participation helps ensure every child has the opportunity to participate in healthy, active lifestyle programs - building confidence, friendships, and lifelong healthy habits.

How does your money help?

Limited financial resources, lack of access to youth sports programs, social isolation, and barriers to healthy lifestyle activities are just some of the challenges young people face in accessing running programs. Through HKRS Cedar Park's 5-week fall and spring running series, and having a supportive community presence, HKRS Cedar Park helps kids build confidence, develop healthy habits, and overcome obstacles to active living. HKRS Cedar Park is part of a nationally recognized organization. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit it offers registration assistance to ensure all children can participate regardless of their family's financial situation, and anyone can access their programs including families new to running. All of their programs are welcoming, inclusive, and tailored to each individual child's age and ability level. Your money helps to do this.
