OPEN WATER SWIM WORKOUTS:

Open water swim starts can be an anxiety-filled mess. But the more you do them, the less it feels like that! We’re thinking that practicing the swim with your friends will make it easier to do with strangers on race days. Open to ages 18 yrs and older.

You will get a coached and kayak-supported group swim practice! Swim Course is set with buoys to simulate race experience. Non-member registration is welcome – just pre-register here! (note: there is an entry fee to enter State Park, if no attendant on gate duty, please stop and use self-pay kiosk)

✻✻❀❀ May 9th - SPECIAL SWIM DE MAYO Day ✻✻❀❀
- Swim our 500‑meter course as many times as you want in
an hour and a half.
- Earn leis and stickers—the more you swim, the more you
collect!
- Enjoy post-swim breakfast tacos and coffee, included for
all participants.
- Extra on‑water support will be available for fiesta swimming!
- Goody bags and gifts for all swimmers!
When:

Saturdays 7:00am (8:00am in February, March, the first swim in April, and October) at Cedar Hill State Park

We do a coach supported ride after open water swim. Please let us know when registering for the swim if you plan on attending the bike ride after. There is no additional charge to join the ride.

FOR: FAMILY, FRIENDS and FIRST TIMERS: This special recreational wave is open to anyone between the ages of 6 -99 who wants to race with a family member, friend or just try our a triathlon for the first time!

Open to ages 6 – 15 yrs
