Join us for the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce's 14th Annual "Run Your Ice Off" 5K and 8K Races presented by Self Regional Healthcare. Get fit for the New Year by taking the "Run Your Ice Off" Challenge! This winter race is a competitive event. It kicks off the training season for serious runners and offers novices an opportunity to exercise and get in shape for the new year. The event attracts over 150 athletes from Greenwood and the Upstate. This special event offers exposure to Greenwood Chamber members by providing local and regional athletes with an awareness of their company's products and services.

WHEN: Saturday, February 7, 2026 - Rain or Shine!

EVENTS: 5k and 8k Races

START TIME: 8:30a

CHECK IN: 7:30a | Uptown Greenwood Fountain - 414 Main Street, Greenwood, SC (No early packet pick-up available)

ENTRY FEES:

• Early Bird: $30.00 BEFORE January 21st

• Regular Price: $35.00 AFTER January 21st

• Performance shirts are guaranteed for entries received by January 21st.

• Registration will close at 12:30pm on Friday, February 6th. On-site registration will be available. Only check or credit card accepted.

AWARDS: The Awards presentation will begin at 9:30a. Awards will be given to the overall top male and female, as well as the overall male and female in each age group:

Races are held, rain or shine, unless the Greenwood Chamber determines that conditions are too dangerous. This decision will be made on race weekend or race day. If the race is canceled due to inclement weather, there will be no refunds.

Join us on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 8:00am for the "2026 Flower Power Fun Run"... one of the most fun 5-Mile/5K runs and 1-mile run/walk! The South Carolina Festival of Flowers invites participants to follow the Heritage Trail. Participants who register by 11:59pm on May 22, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt! Shirts are ordered based on the sizes indicated during online registration. There only will be a small number of shirts available on race day for those who registered after the deadline. They will be on a first-come, first-serve basis only!

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, pets are not permitted on the race course or within the event area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

RAIN OR SHINE! This ride takes you through the scenic roads of Greenwood County - the ride is flat to rolling hills. There will be a 63-mile loop, 30-mile loop, and 20-mile loop. SAG Support provided.

Your ride ends with lunch and beverages at Uptown Market in Uptown Greenwood.
