Join NS PROMOS/Run Myrtle Beach for the 3rd ANNUAL CoastalLIFE 5K! We've also added in a Virtual option for those unable to join us in person. The race will be exclusively on the campus of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC! We are excited to partner with CoastalLIFE and look forward to a great event for everyone!
About CoastalLIFE (Learning Is For Everyone) Program:
CoastalLIFE is an individualized, residential, non-degree program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program provides supports in the following areas:

Social and Community Engagement
The program's philosophy is founded on inclusion, integration, and individualization based on each student's interests and support needs. CoastalLIFE students have access to opportunities offered to other CCU students such as participation in CCU courses, on-campus housing, student organizations, sporting events, work study, and commencement.

Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification.

Join us for the Bright Ideas 5K & 1 Mile, a community run in historic downtown Conway benefiting innovative classroom-based educational projects through Horry Electric Cooperativeβs Bright Ideas Grant Program.
This race is designed to bring our community together to support teachers, students, and creative learning across Horry County.

COME JOIN THE RUN IT'S #1 IN SEASONAL FUN
Join us in Conway, South Carolina on October 3rd for the annual Halloween Hustle. Conway is known for rolling out the red carpet and welcoming visitors to its festive streets all decked out for different holidays and during the month of October their name is officially changed to The City of Halloween. You will run through the city of haunts on the certified 10K and 5K course that will finish along the beautiful and festive Riverwalk.
Come for the RUN but stay for the FUN! We will be serving up our Carolina BBQ, Mac & Cheese and Toasted Bread at the finish line along with a fully stocked beer garden.
The Halloween Hustle is complete with a 10K, 5K and 1 Mile PLUS the ability to run all 3 and earn a BONUS Challenge Medal.
