OTB 101 Session Cost = $50 (includes weather-proof field guide)
The OTB 101 course has both an online AND in-person component.

Online - 1 hour

In-person - 3.5 - 4 hours (depending on number of participants)
To receive full credit, you must complete the online portion through your Pit Zone account.

OTB 101 is a prerequisite to register for OTB 201.

Be sure to arrive on time (early) to be ready to ride at the beginning of the session.

Helmets required to participate.

Flat pedals recommended.

Bathroom or porta-potty will be onsite or nearby unless otherwise indicated.

Bring weather appropriate clothing, water, sunscreen, insect repellent as needed.
OTB Skills Sessions must have a minimum of 4 participants enrolled for the session to take place. Sessions with less than 4 participants will be rescheduled for a later date at the instructor's discretion when possible. In the event of cancelation, the registration fee will be refunded.
For those taking the OTB 101 courses as a "Refresher", 3 CEUs will be awarded for full attendance and participation in the course. Priority will be given to coaches taking the course for completion credit.

Join us for a fun, Introductory Mountain Bike Skills Camp for new and curious riders! Whether you are considering joining a local team, or curious to see what interscholastic mountain biking is all about, this camp is the perfect place to start!
The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) is SUPER stoked to sponsor multiday skills camps to prospective student-athletes entering grades 6-12 in Fall of 2026 in several beautiful settings throughout the state of PA.
What to expect:

To participate in fun, engaging activities led by licensed coaches from local PICL teams

To learn essential biking skills & games in a safe, supportive environment

To apply newly learned skills on local trails
This camp is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) and hosted by local PICL teams.
