    SPONSORS: The Erie Runners Club and Big White Trailer.

    COURSE: The race will begin and end near the front of the Rotary Pavilion.

    TIME LIMIT: Participants in the 5k race must finish by 10:00 am.

    PACKET PICKUP: Packet pick up beginning at 7:30 at the Rotary Pavilion near the Waterworks area at Presque Isle. There are heated restrooms in the Rotary Pavilion. Post-race refreshments at the Rotary Pavilion. The race start will not be delayed so be sure to leave plenty of time

    AWARDS: Awards to the first-place male and female and to the first masters male and female in the run. Age group awards in the 10K and 5k.

    The race will take place as scheduled regardless of the weather, with the following exception: The race will be cancelled if Presque Isle State Park is closed by park authorities.     RACE PREMIUM: The race premium is a top-quality triblend T-shirt. You must pre-register to be guaranteed a shirt on race day. Orders will not be taken for additional shirts. Winter series registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to event and will end on 3/01/2026, you must have finished the race or been a volunteer. Must finish the race before they are handed out. Shirts not picked up on race day will be forfeited.

    Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish.

    Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Early Bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.

    High School: We also welcome our high school runners! Our high school students will be running a 2 mile race.

    Challenger: This Series offers a Challenger Division which is an adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and/or special needs. This allows for parents, siblings, and friends to be on the course with runners to provide support as well as bringing their own supportive devices such as crutches, braces, wheelchairs, etc. to be used by runners.

    Single Day Racing: Single day race registration opens one hour prior to the start of each race. The registration fee covers one single race to be run on the day of registration. ALL single day registrations should be completed onsite at the race location. Single day racers will have the option to upgrade to the full series (see tab on the left side of the page for instructions). There is a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.

    Awards: All participants receive a medal on Week 5! Trophies will be awarded to the overall top finishers in each of the divisions listed below (broken out by boys and girls respectively):

    We're back and ready for more family friendly fun; the 2.2 or 2.2 X 2 Tutu Run of 2026. That's right; it's a Tutu Fun Run/Walk! There are two distances to choose from: 4.4 mile run or 2.2 mile run/walk.

    There will be awards for first, second and third place finishers for both male and female in each race. And there will be a cash reward for the best Tutu for male and female finisher. The race takes place on Sunday April 26, 2026, at the ERC Beach One Pavilion and will benefit a local charity. The 4.4 race will start at 9 am and the 2.2 will start at 9:15 am. There will be snacks and water provided for participants at the end of the race. Check in starts at 8 at the Beach 1 Pavilion.

    T-shirts are available for purchase for $18.00 each. To ensure your size is available, please register by April 10, so you won't disappointed. Don't want or need a race t-shirt? Select the no t-shirt option during registration.
