The Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) is a powerful tribute to 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, designed to unite veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians in honoring one of our nation’s heroes. Hosted by CrossFit boxes, ruck clubs, and gyms nationwide—or completed virtually anytime, anywhere—this workout challenges its participants to push harder, go further, and grow stronger in memory of those who have sacrificed for our freedoms.

The 13th Annual North Penn IRONKnights Elementary Triathlon is open

only to North Penn Elementary students! Race divisions include grade K, grades 1 and 2, grades 3 and 4, and grades 5 and 6. Girls and boys who finish 1st, 2nd

and 3rd place in their division will receive an IRONKnight trophy. Each

participant will also receive an IRONKnight triathlon t-shirt before the

event! Don't forget the rain date for our race is Sunday, May 17th, 2026
