PREMIUM: A red long-sleeved moisture wicking shirt

Shirts will be guaranteed to runners & walkers who register by the deadline. There may or may not be a limited number of shirts available on race day. We will not re-order if necessary so you are urged to pre-register to guarantee your shirt on day of race.

Day-of-race registration and packet pickup will take place beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Pavilion at Pleasant Ridge Park.

AWARDS: This is a time-prediction run. You will be asked to predict your pace-per-mile, running or walking, based on the road and weather conditions that morning, and we will calculate your predicted finishing time. Those participants closest to their predicted pace will receive their choice from a delicious selection of chocolate and candy awards. You must be present when the awards are announced to choose your own award! Walkers are welcome. For the sake of fairness, you are asked to refrain from wearing watches or other timing and pacing devices.

Awards - nearly everyone that participates will get something - with the bigger prizes available to the best predictors of their pace.

NOTE: The race will take place as scheduled regardless of the weather, with one exception: the race may be postponed or cancelled altogether if called for by emergency officials for any reason. Since this is always a possibility in the winter, check the ERC website on the morning of the race if you have any doubt about the race being held.

POST-RACE REFRESHMENTS: There will be refreshments available following the race in the Pavilion.

Registration:
- Please pre-register for all events - See registration details.
- Same day registration will be available but will increase to $40 (5K) and $35 (1 Mile Fun Run/Walk)
- **There is a cutoff date for t-shirts. T-shirts will not be available for same day registration
Start:
- 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run start is 9:00am
- 5K will be chip timed
Race Day:
- Packet pickup TBD Thursday and Friday before the event

Course:
- The 5K leaves out of St. Jude School parking lot, goes left on to Church Rd for 1.5 miles and returns to the school.
- The 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk leaves out of St. Jude School parking lot, goes left on to Church Rd for .5 miles and returns to the school.

Awards will be given to the top male and top female overall, as well as the top male and female in each age group.

Kids Fun Zone:
- We will have a Kids' Fun Fest in the lower parking lot. Children 10 years and under are welcome to join us in the activities. We will have a blow up obstacle course, face painting, foam machines and some other surprises for the kids.

Erie Duathlon in support of the Erie Cancer Wellness Center. The Erie Cancer Wellness Center seeks to support and comfort individuals and families who are facing the impact of cancer. The programs offered by ECWC are free of charge to anyone who is living with a cancer diagnosis, who is caring for someone with cancer, has a loved one with cancer or has experienced a cancer related loss. ECWC welcomes all and strives to nurture and empower people living with cancer through their evidence-based healing classes, programs and services.

The Erie Duathlon will be a 5K run, followed by a 20K bike, and finished with a 5K run. The race will begin and finish at Pleasant Ridge Park in Fairview and will consist of a course through the beautiful county roads surrounding the park in Fairview and Girard. The course is designed to engage the veteran racer but at the same time be achievable for the rookie or hobbyist. All are welcome! Athletes can compete as an individual or as a two-person relay (one runner and one cyclist). The 2025 Erie Duathlon will be capped at 170 registrations. We sold out last year so tell your friends to register early!
