Racing at Crossasaurus Awesome will make you AWESOME. Racing anywhere else will not make you awesome.

The Venue: The race will be held on the grounds of the Upper Salford Township park.

PRE-RIDING IS NOT PERMITTED PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Note: Please register online to avoid paying the additional $10 day of race registration fee. Late fees do not apply to the Junior category. Late registrants - please complete a USA Cycling Event Release Form before proceeding to the sign-in line.

A portion of the registration fees are used to maintain the park for future events (they build us features and are really great partners)

Look, we'd rather not take your late fees. Please pre-reg if possible!

$5 discount on second race entry for the same registrant.

On-site number pick-up and same-day registration will be available at the registration table. Same-day registration and packet pick-up is open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and closes 30 minutes prior to the start of each category race. Riders must present themselves at the Rider Assembly Area/Start Grid 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their race.

Licensing Requirements: This is a USA Cycling sanctioned event. All riders must present a valid license at registration and sign an event release form (minors must have a parent/guardian sign). One-day and annual licenses will be available for purchase at registration. Current USAC Fee Schedule here. https://usacycling.org/memberships-old/one-day-licenses

Call-up Protocol: Call ups will be given based on PA Cyclocross Series Standings and rules. Above all we will use promoters discretion. If you yell at the promoter you will go to the back.

Lapped Riders: Lapped riders will finish on the same lap as the leaders. Riders in danger of being lapped must yield to oncoming racers and are not to interfere with their progress or trail behind them. Laps are pretty fast on this course, and come in around 7-8 minutes. We'll try not to pull riders if we don't have to.

Results: Results will be posted at the registration area. Results will be made final 15 minutes after being posted. The top 3 finishers in every event must report immediately to the start/finish line for awards and photos.

Start times are approximate. Races will start 10 mins. after the preceding event.

Riders warming up on course during an event will be DQ'd. No Exceptions!

Mountain bikes will be allowed WITHOUT bar ends. No aero bars, in general but specifically for cx.

Inclusivity Statement: We really only have one rule on Ciclismo, and it's “don't be a jerk”. Nobody remembers whether you won some race or not, but they will remember forever if you were not nice to them. In the effort to make cyclocross an inclusive space for new and seasoned participants, we welcome all to join us at our events, and will not tolerate hate (actual hate, not to be confused with haterz) disrespect, bigotry, racism, transphobia, or anything else that has no place in modern society, let alone a grassroots bike race. Should you have an issue with any of these on race day, we have your back.

Medical/First Aid: In the unfortunate event of an emergency dial 911. A First-Aid kit will be available for treatment of minor injuries. EMT will be on site.
