  Welcome to the 2026 Milk Run!

  This event features a 2 mile walk/run, 5k walk/run and 10k run in the heart of Tillamook, Oregon. An 8:00am shot-gun allows for plenty of time to participate on the June Dairy Parade and Rodeo

  Start and finish at the Tillamook YMCA and enjoy scenic pastures, waterways, and mountain views as you wind your way through the back roads of Tillamook. Turnaround points and water stations will guide you through your leg of the course.

  Make it a day of fun on the Oregon coast!

  Start time: 8:00 am

  Register early – rates increase $10 on June 15th!
