  Created in 2006 by Dave and Anna Madden, owners of Piccolo Cucina e Vino with a desire to help revitalize historic Downtown Middletown, the Marshall+Sterling R4DT is a 4 Mile run/walk on the morning of the third Saturday of August, where female participants will start ahead of males.

The event is being organized by the Knights of Columbus Council #16365 and will benefit the organizations they support.   The Cider5 is a scenic running and walking road course. The course provides spectacular views. All walkers and runners should feel a sense of accomplishment after completing this course.

  Parking is available in the Holy Cross church parking lot.
