4 running and walking events in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey

Come out and support Spectrum for Living at our Michael B. Carpenter 5K, Walk & Doggie Dash, benefiting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities! This exciting 5K event will take place at Overpeck Park (Ridgefield Park Area III), featuring a USATF Certified Course. Registration opens at 8:30 AM, with the race starting at 10:00 AM. Awards and lunch will follow around 11:00 AM.

The race kicks off near the amphitheater, where parking is available. If you’re coming from Challenger Road, the amphitheater and great lawn will be on your right.

Everyone is welcome to run, walk, or roll through the park with or without your dog. Just make sure your dog is leashed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and well-behaved with people and other dogs.

Pre-registration is encouraged, but day-of registration will also be available.

Day-of registration: $40, starting at 8:30 AM.

All Spectrum for Living Clients are free! Residential clients will be signed up through their Group Home. Community clients should contact Elizabeth Boyajian directly ([email protected]) to sign up.

Join us in celebrating our dad’s 62nd birthday the best way we know how, by moving together.

This 5K event is focused on stroke awareness in honor of our father, who suffered a stroke five years ago and continues to face ongoing challenges.

This event is partnered with KABLE (The Korean American Brothers & Sisters in Law Enforcement). The 5k not only to raise awareness but also to bring the community together in support of individuals and families affected by stroke. It’s something very close to our hearts, and we am putting a lot into making it impactful. Donations will be going to a Rehabilitation Facility for Stroke Recovery.
