Half Marathon Training Group

Get ready for the Asbury Parl Half Marathon and other Spring Half Marathons.

We divide up into groups based on ability. Perfect for beginners and first timers as well as those who want to improve their times.

Supported runs with water and gatorade stops. Post run refreshments. Shirt.

All get a training plan to follow.

Starts on Saturday January 3, 2026

Meet mostly on Saturday mornings (Sunday if bad weather or conflicts in schedule).

Start Time dependent on weather but plan for first few weeks at 8 am.

Weekly group runs starting mostly in Asbury Park.. Registrants will be notified of location and exact time.

Coaching and training tips to help

14 week program is $62.00 before December 1, 2025. $67 after or until full.
