Officer Reeves was killed in the line of duty on July 8th 2012, leaving behind his wife, son, family, and many friends. Since 2014 the Millville Police Department has chosen to honor Chris (Superman) in a special way with a scholarship in his name. The funds raised from this event are awarded to graduating seniors from Millville Senior High School to continue their education. Additional contributions to the Officer Christopher Reeves Scholarship Fund can be made at the "Donate" tab.

Come join us for a 5K to kick off the inaugural Cumberland County Parks & Rec Day!
This exciting 5K will take you on a scenic course through the Cumberland County Fairgrounds, giving runners and walkers of all ages a great way to start the celebration.
After you cross the finish line, stick around and enjoy all the post-race festivities! The fairgrounds will be buzzing with food trucks, bounce houses, vendors, and plenty of family-friendly activities as we celebrate everything Cumberland County Parks & Rec has to offer.

Cumberland County Parks & Recreation Day is a new event designed to showcase local sports groups, hobby clubs, fitness instructors and outdoor enthusiasts for a day of demonstrations, registrations and learning what Cumberland County has to offer.

The Millville Army Air Field Museum (MAAFM) preserves the history of the Millville Army Air Field, Millville, NJ, which was dedicated by the U.S. War Department in 1941 as “America’s First Defense Airport.” During its four-year existence, more than 10,000 men and women served here, with 1,500 pilots receiving advanced fighter training in P-47 Thunderbolt and P-40 Warhawk fighter planes. The Museum honors the memory of 14 pilots who died while training at Millville. The museum’s mission focuses on preservation, education and honor.

USAT INFORMATION
All multisport participants must have an active USAT Membership that has not expired before the conclusion of each registered event and must follow all USAT rules and guidelines. If you are not already a member, when registering for each individual event you will be prompted to become a member and pay the respective membership fee.

ALL athletes are required to show photo ID. NO ID, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Youth (17 and under) athletes without an ID must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with a photo ID

Annual members are required to bring their membership card every time they compete in a USAT Sanctioned event.

No drafting: a maximum of 15 seconds will be allowed to complete a pass through the draft zone of another athlete

Helmets/Chin straps must be worn securely fastened at all times while in possession of your bike. This means before, during, and after the event. This also means from the time you remove your bike from the rack at the start of the bike leg, until after you have placed your bike on the rack at the finish of the bike leg.

Verbal or physical abuse of others is not acceptable or tolerated. Participants shall refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct at all times while at the event and during competition, including the use of abusive language; violent acts; intentional misconduct; or any intimidating behavior directed toward, including but not limited to participants, officials, event staff, volunteers and spectators.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS
Our Future First operates numerous community programs to support those in need and also provide professional and personal development for schools and organizations. Our name refers to our promise to always put our future, our children, first in everything that we do & every decision we make. In the summer of 2022 we established Reese’s House, our community center for the city of Millville that will focus on young adults and our youth, but also on our community as a whole.
Second Capital Running is a boutique racing and events company based in Vineland, NJ since 2018 and puts a strong emphasis on family events that empower communities. We are honored to work alongside Our Future First to carry on the local institution that is the Jolly Holly.
