  To help alleviate congestion on the bridge, this year’s race will start in waves. During registration, you’ll be asked to select your wave group. Race bibs will be color-coded based on your wave start time.

  Under 30 minutes

  Wave 2: Feel Good Pace (8:32 AM)

  30–45 minutes

  Wave 3: Scenic Pace (8:34 AM)

  45–60 minutes

  Wave 4: Walk & Talk Crew (8:36AM)
