A Row-a-thon Is 42,195 meters rowed. Teams are 3-5 people. $200 per Team Registration. You can also register as an individual for $40 and will be added to a team.

This will be a Hybrid event. There will be an in-person event at IronTide CrossFit. We are also offering a virtual option this year, the idea is for other gyms or organizations to join us in rowing and fundraising efforts. Just have your teams register at our RunSignUp and host your event on March 8th to join us! Teams will then be able to submit their results/finish times.

All event proceeds benefit Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center, a local non-profit that provides an oncology-specific exercise training program to empower local survivors’ bodies and minds to fight back against the devastating effects of cancer and treatment.
