Participants will exit through the side door of the building and take a short run to the transition area. Swimmers will be self seeded according to the swim ability chart. Volunteers will be on hand to assist with lining up for the swim. You will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear it. After the swim, you'll experience the exhilaration of exiting the pool to the sound of cheers as you make your way to the transition area.

Bike: The bike course is a 8 mile, 1 loop course. Yes, there are hills, but you can do this!

Run: Runners will exit the Transition Area and run up and down Verhoeff Drive (closed to traffic) as well as around the Huntersville Athletic Park. There will be an aid station positioned at Mile 1 just before your second loop. You’ll be able to cheer and high five your fellow participants on the 2 loop course.
