Join Cardiology Associates of North Mississippi on February 28 at Fairpark in Tupelo for the Get Your Heart Started 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run! This event encourages active lifestyles and raises awareness about heart health. Proceeds provide help and support to patients on their heart health journey throughout our region. Route: Start and finish at Fairpark in front of City Hall - out to the Elvis Presley Birthplace and back to Fairpark.

Just bring your bike and we got the rest. For a thousand years this was the trade route that joined the Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Natchez tribes. Now cyclists will get to enjoy views of ancient mounds as the spring bloom begins heading Northeast from Mississippi to Nashville.

ITINERARY**
March 4
7pm - Meet at Trace Bike Shop for Transport to New Albany
(4 hour Van ride with 1 bathroom stop)
March 5
Start the day riding South on the Old Gulf & Ship Island railbed. After 40 miles stop for a decadent brunch. Then remount and join the Natchez trace for a 45 mile ride to Tupelo.
(Shorter ride option will be to only ride the 2nd ride)
March 6
The day begins with a trip to Elvis Presley's birth place. Then it is on to 2 wheels Alabama bound for an 85 mile day. The day ends rollng along the Tennessee River delta.
(Shorter ride option of 50 miles)
March 7
Rolling into Tennessee the roads become tree lined and rolling. The day is 60 miles and ends with fireside cooking.
March 8
All eyes are set counting down to the 440 mile marker post which signifies the end of the day. It is a 65 mile day and most riders are done and on the road home, or headed to the airport, by 1pm.

Frog Island Flyer Racing and The Mall at Barnes Crossing present The 5th annual Regional Rehab 5k and Fun Walk April 11, 2026. The In Person 5k is sponsored by Modern Woodmen of America & Commercial Roofing RANA. This year we are adding a wheelchair event (sponsored by Tupelo Smiles Family Dentistry) and a walker category (presented by The Mall at Barnes Crossing)! Once again, we are offering a virtual 5k that can be ran 4/1 thru 4/11 at any location (sponsored by Room to Room Furniture). Regardless of your pace, there's a place for you at our race. Our goal is to offer you a great experience while helping out a great organization!
The 3.1 mile race and Wheelchairs at 8:00AM. THE WALKING EVENT BEGINS AT 8:15AM. Race is at The Mall at Barnes Crossing in Tupelo, MS on April 5, 2024. Packet Pickup will be at Trails & Treads on 4/4 from 3:00PM - 6:00PM and on race day from 7AM to 745AM at the race.
This year you have the choice of participating in the following:
In Person 5k Race (Awards - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Age Group, Overall 1st place M&F, Master, & Grand Master - M & F) Overall Male and Female Prize is $150 each.
In Person Wheelchair (Awards - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place)
In Person Walker (Awards - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place M & F)
Virtual 5k - Run it 4/1 to 4/5 (No awards. All registrants receive a Shirt, Finisher Medal, Digital Bib)
Packet Pickup will be available at the Food Court entrance on race day from 7:00AM until 7:45AM. Registration will also be available from 7:00AM to 7:45AM on race day. The race will be professionally timed by Best Times. Registration is $40.00 after 3/31. WE WELCOME WALKERS!
There will be a virtual race experience for those who are not able to participate in person. Separate results will be provided for virtual runners and on site participants. You can download our RaceJoy app (see below) and your results will post on our site when you complete the 5K distance. Virtual participants not using the app will be on the honor system and manually input their time. Virtual participants will receive a shirt, print out a digital bib and finisher certificate (once their time is posted). Please note, due to the nature of virtual results being reliant on dependable cell service and honesty, virtual participant's results are for recognition only and will not be eligible for age group awards or trophies. Regional Rehab Center (RRC) provides outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dyslexia treatment, audiology services, and early childhood intervention to the communities of North Mississippi. As a privately funded non-profit, RRC does not charge clients or their insurance companies. There’s no sliding scale, no socio-economic requirement. It’s a unique model, and one that’s been working for our community for over 50 years.
Regional Rehab Center therapists are passionate about providing the best care to all individuals. Supported by the community, for the community, RRC serves as a humanitarian springboard for providing intervention, ongoing therapy, and maintenance regimens for individuals with genetic or developmental conditions which affect motor, sensory, and communication abilities. 2022

Started in 1976 as an out and back challenge on the Natchez Trace Parkway the second Saturday in May has become a Tupelo tradition entering it's 3rd generation! Bring your friendly, leashed, vaccinated dogs and register to run with them in the new Strut Your Mutt Fun Run! Stay after the race with your family and friends and enjoy the Mississippi Market bringing over 50 art and craft vendors and food trucks right to Fairpark!

Join runners and walkers in Tupelo, Mississippi, the birthplace of the King of Rock and Roll, for the 25th edition of Running with the King 5K. It is your chance to run our first time ever new course that takes you by the park and birthplace. You could hold the new course record. See course map below. Proceeds from this race will be donated to the Northeast Mississippi Boys and Girls Club.
This 5K is part of the Tupelo Elvis Festival. There are other events all weekend long.
Packet pick-up will be from 6:30 to 7:15 AM on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Veterans Park. Turn in the parking lot entrance at 1105 Hamm street. Look for the blue TRC tent.

Come join us on the 4th of July for our annual 1 mile run down Green Street! Race day registration at 1099 S Green Street which is also the finish line, from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM.
Race Start is 1 mile south on Green Street, near Wallace Street.
