Not a runner? We've got you covered! At the Lub Dub, we welcome all fitness and activity levels with running and walking options for each race.

Not going to be in town? No problem! Take the Lub Dub "ON THE ROAD". Send your Lub Dub packet to your home, do you run/walk wherever you might be, send us a selfie! Make sure you register for the Virtual Run!

Where does the money go?

All proceeds from the Lub Dub event benefit the Camye Callis Gaspard Memorial Heart Fund that provides cardiac-related equipment and items to Bothwell Regional Health Center and to communities in Pettis and Benton counties.

• 7:00am-7:45am Packet pick-up/race day registration

• 7:45am Race Announcements

• 8:00am 5K/10K Run/Walk begins

Hey everyone, let's get together for a fun run to Green Ridge! We will meet a Pro-Velo Bike Shop at 530 E. 5th St. in Sedalia. The ride will go to Green Ridge MO and back starting at 8 AM on Saturday June 6th. There is no particular route you have to take. You can find the fastest route or the longest. It's up to you. You just have to get to the park in Green Ridge on a bicycle by 10 AM, get checked in, eat a donut (if you want to) and get back to the bike shop before noon.

The first 3 back in each category will get a special prize!

Update:

I have had some new riders ask if this is a good race for them. Short answer is YES! If you want to participate but not sure you can do this distance, you can turn around any time you like. You just won't be eligible for the “Podium” if you haven't checked in at the park. You can still have donuts at the bike shop! See you there!
