Grab your friends and family and join us for the Zonta 5K, 10K or One Mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, June 13th by the 4H Building in Arena Park. The 10K will start at 7:30 am and the 1 Mile and 5K will start at 8 am. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Zonta Club of Cape Girardeau’s service projects that advance the status of women and girls worldwide. *The event will be chip timed!
Online registration will close Thursday, June 11 at 11:59 p.m. After this, 10K registration will be available onsite from 6:45-7:15 a.m. on race day. The 1 Mile and 5K registration will be available from 6:45 - 7:45 am on race day. Those registered by May 25 are guaranteed an awesome t-shirt!
Packet Pick Up will be Friday, June 12 from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Fitness Plus; 150 South Mt. Auburn Road; Entrance #8 or on race day starting at 6:45 a.m. at Arena Park - 4H Building.
Awards will be announced around 9:00 a.m. One Mile Fun Run/Walk participants will not be timed. Awards will be given to the overall male and female as well as the top three in each age category, for the 5K and 10K.

The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nations since. We activate & unite communities and empower local veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen.
TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks. Join us for the Mary Mingle 5K, a festive and family-friendly run/walk benefiting the Community Counseling Center Foundation! This holiday-themed event is a great way to get moving and give back during the most wonderful time of the year. Participants are encouraged to dress in their merriest attire—Santa hats, jingle bells, and holiday sweaters welcome! All proceeds will benefit our clients in our five-county service area receive comprehensive behavioral & mental health care, prevention, and recovery services.
