Relay Team Member
Each relay member must sign up individually to sign the waiver and to make sure that the waiver is signed. Each relay member must have a current USAT license (one-day or annual) on the day of the race.
Online Registration ends at 7pm pm on Saturday night before the race. There will be in person registration at packet pick up (Check Athlete Letter for time and location https://www.brewhousetriathlon.com) . Cash, Check or Charge. There is no day-of registration for the Brewhouse Triathlon.
Shirt sizes are guaranteed up until 3 weeks from the event. If your size is not available during registration you may be able to exchange the one you choose at the race site after the race.
There are no refunds, but we will defer your registration if you let us know at least 4 weeks before the event.

The Root Beer Kids race is the partner race for the Brewhouse Triathlon. It is for kids 6-14 and takes place on Sunday afternoon.
6-8 year olds: 50 yard Swim, 1.5 mile Bike, 1/4 mile Run (approx:
2:50 start)
9-11 year olds: 100 yard Swim, 2.5 mile Bike, 1/2 mile Run (approx: 2:10 start)
12-14 year olds: 200 yard Swim, 5 mile Bike, 1 mile Run (1:30 start)
There will be in-person registration at The Barrel Room in the Fitger's complex across from the Brewhouse from 4-7pm on Saturday night. Cash, Check or Charge. There WILL be on-site registration for the Root Beer Kids Triathlon starting at 12:30pm on Sunday.
Cost is $25 (plus appropriate insurance fee) before July 21st. $35 from then until the race.
There is a separate $10 insurance fee payable to USAT as part of the registration process. This fee covers all USAT kids events throughout the year. If you are signing up for multiple events it may be easier to purchase the annual youth license at www.USATriathlon.org
There are no refunds but we will defer registration until next year if you notify us 4 weeks or more from the race date.

This LiveWell 5K Walk/Run/Roll & Celebration is hosted by LiveWell which is an initiative of the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Well-being at UW-Superior. LiveWell is a holistic mental health
project created to support those who are living, working, and attending school in Douglas County and the greater Twin Ports area. We work to identify and create innovative ways to address the current mental health crisis in our community. One way we do this is through activities which foster connection and prevent social isolation. As a part of this initiative, we are excited to host our third annual 5K, promoting connection & advocating for mental wellness in our community.
This event will be held at Barker’s Island Festival Park on Thursday, August 13th, 2026. Registration closes August 6th, 2026 at 11:59pm. This event is FREE and open to the public. Guests are welcome to start arriving at 5:00pm. The walk/run/roll event will begin at 6:00pm. The roll event is inclusive to all wheeled devices. A helmet is strongly encouraged as a best practice measure for all wheeler participates. Children are welcome to register and participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult throughout the evening. This is considered a fun run and will NOT be chipped or timed. Guests are invited to participate at their activity level and welcome to turn around early without completing the entire course if needed. Once participants finish the race, they will be invited to partake in the post-race celebration activities along with all other spectators. The event will feature a picnic-style buffet catered by ChartWells, with a designated seating area for dining and socializing. A
DJ will provide music and live commentary throughout the evening. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor yard games, including Corn Hole, Badminton, Kubb, and Bocce. The evening’s festivities will wrap up at 8:00 PM.

A first of its kind half marathon in the quad city areas of Northern Minnesota's Iron Range. The race will start with participants meeting at the Iron Trail Motors Event Center in Virginia, Minnesota
the morning of August 15th. Busses will transport participants to the Mesabi Trail headquarters in Eveleth, Minnesota. The race starts in Eveleth at the trail head and continues through the beautiful North woods from Eveleth through Gilbert and into Virginia on the Mesabi Trail, including the iconic Thomas Rukavina Memorial bridge (the highest bridge in Minnesota) ending at the ITMEC. Join us for the second annual Telemark Sprint Triathlon in Cable, Wisconsin on the morning of Saturday, August 15th, 2026. There will be a 750 meter swim in beautiful Perry Lake, twelve mile bike
ride through a scenic route around Takodah Lake, and a 5 K run around the Telemark property. The race will finish at the future home of the Telemark Activity Center, an aquatic and fitness facility being planned by the Telemark Northwoods Community Foundation, who is raising funds for the project with this event. Racers will start their swim at 9:15 a.m. (ages 49 and below), 9:18 a.m. (50 to 69) and 9:21 a.m. (70 and up).
Date: Saturday, August 15th, 2026.
Events:
Sprint Triathlon (regular and relay, starting with swim). Start times: 9:15 a.m. in three waves spaced out every 3 minutes.
Start:
750 meter swim on Perry Lake (Perry Lake Boat Landing at Perry Lake Road in Cable ) following route here.
12 mile bike ride following the route here.
5K run around the paved Telemark Trail system ending across from the Telemark Village Hub building near to 15555 Birkie Boulevard in Cable.
Transitions:
A bike rack with your number will be located at both Perry Lake Landing and at the bike/run transition at the base of Mt. Telemark in Cable. You can drop off a bag (running shoes, etc.) to place in the bike-to-run transition at the time of bib pick-up or do it yourself the morning of the race starting at 7 a.m.
Bikes will need to be dropped off at the Perry Lake Landing the evening prior (lock to the rack) or the morning of prior to 8:45 a.m.
Parking:
There will be no parking at the start. You must get dropped off or bike to the start. Parking will be at the Telemark Lower Parking Lot near to the bike-to-run transition. A shuttle will be available from Telemark to the start at 8:30 a.m. (you must reserve a spot on the shuttle). There is a bike rack on the shuttle.
Sprint Triathlon Divisions:
There are two divisions: individual and relay. A relay participant may complete more than one leg (example: one does swim and bike, the other runs). *Please note, if NOT registering your whole Relay Team at once, the first participant to register will be required to pay the whole fee.

The tutus will converge on Two Harbors again to raise money for
Hepatoblastoma Research and to help support children fighting cancer! There will be a paved 23 mile route along the road shoulder for tutu clad riders to make their way to Knife River and back along the scenic highway, and there will be a cue card self nagivated 50 mile gravel route where you are likely to get a little mud on your tulle!
Both ride distances are not timed. Please choose a route you can comfortably complete by 2:00pm to come score big at the silent auction!

For Same Day Registration: If you are planning to ride the 50 mile gravel, Plan for checking in between 8 and 8:30, and for the 23 mile, check in between 9 and 9:30 should give you enough time. Please park at the Credit Union) then bike to the SpokenGear and Cedar coffee, then look for the tent and all the action in the woods behind the shop.
All riders, please wear a helmet, bring a water bottle, and a bike in good functioning condition. For Gravel riders, you will need to be able to Self Navigate, read cue cards, and use an odometer. Paved riders- do not worry the route will be well marked and you can follow the signs and the tutus!

E-bikes are allowed in each race, but are not eligible for prizes. (Sorry, no Tandem bikes will be allowed)
The race start and finish are at the Birkie OO Trail Head, three miles east from Seeley on County Highway “OO”.
Each registered race participant will be given a food and beverage ticket.
Food and beverages will be available to non-racers at a nominal charge.

Location on both days - Sawmill Saloon located on Highway 63 in Seeley, WI, located 10 miles north of Hayward.
Friday - Aug 21, 2026 from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Race Day, Aug 22, 2026 from 8:00 am – 9:45 am - (Be sure to allow at least 30 minutes to drive to 00, park and get to the start)
Individual Race Information
22 Mile EXPERT Race – 10 am start -
A fast, technical, and physically challenging race course, for the advanced skilled, and conditioned riders age 15 and older.
Prize $ for the first 3 overall men and women
Age Category awards for 15-19 and then every 10 years ages 20+ (20-29, 30 -39 etc.) for top 3 male and female riders
17 Mile SPORT Race – 9:45 am start
A fast, less technical, yet challenging course for the moderately skilled and conditioned rider. For riders age 13 and older
Age Category awards for 13-19 and then every 10 years age 20+ (20-29, 30 -39 etc.) for top 3 male and female riders
12 Mile CITIZEN Race (Junior and Senior Divisions) – 9:30 am start
A less technical, rolling course for beginner to moderately skilled and conditioned riders
Senior Division – ages 17+ with Age Category awards for 17-19 and then every 10 years 20+ (20-29, 30 -39 etc.) for top 3 male and female riders
Junior Division – ages 13 – 16 with Age Category 13 -16 for top 3 male and female riders.
3.5 Mile NEWBIE Race (added 2026) 9:15 am start
A fun, less technical course for newer riders.
Includes ski trails and single track for riders age 10+
Age Classes include 10, 11,12 and 13+. Category awards for top 3 male and female riders in Classes 10, 11 and 12. Other riders age 13 and above may race the course, will be provided with their finish time, but will NOT be eligible for any award
CUB EVENT
The PreFat Kid’s event is back!
It will be held at approximately 12:30 (after most of the racers have finished)
This event is open to anyone 10 and under. Race is free! (donations welcome)
Register in the kids tent on Saturday - each racer will need a signed waiver
The riding will be supervised by members from the local bike team but parents are welcome to ride with their participant.
The racers will ride the last 2k of the race course and finish at the official finish gate. There is a turn off option for younger kids who do not want to ride the single track portion.
This is a fun event and will not be timed, riders can ride as many times as they want
Each rider will get a bike plate number and small token

Mark your calendars for the 2026 Duluth Public Schools Unity In Our Community event at Bayfront Festival Park. Join us from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 24 to celebrate our district's students,
staff, parents, and community.
The event will again include a FREE 1-mile fun run, starting at 4:30 p.m. and organized by the Young Athletes Foundation (YAF). IMPORTANT: Registration is required for the fun run.
The night will continue following the run with dozens of interactive activities, vendor booths, speakers, and much more.
Unity In Our Community is organized by Duluth Public Schools.
