The Cloquet River Run is a fun, family-friendly event organized by Churchill Elementary Partners In Education to promote health and wellness for the students and families of Churchill Elementary. Since 2007, runners and walkers of all ages have enjoyed the 1-mile and 5K races, both starting and ending at Churchill Elementary on USATF-certified courses.

Proceeds support wellness and educational programs at Churchill Elementary, funding playground equipment, healthy snacks, tech, and more—thanks to our generous sponsors and participants.

1 Mile Run/Walk starts at 9:00 a.m., with the 5k Run/Walk following at 9:30 a.m.

    With thoughtfully crafted courses, you’ll navigate rugged climbs and winding forest singletrack, including the legendary plunge through Ely’s Tunnel (in the Forest Track).
