Join us for our 5th Annual Run for Recovery 5K, a timed run/walk open to all fitness levels, held on a fast, flat course in scenic Hines Park. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers.

The event raises funds for our Help a Sister Out program. That pays half of the registration fee to support women in 12-step recovery programs who need financial assistance to attend the Women in Motion retreat.

What’s included in your registration:

• T-shirt for participants registered by April 12 (shirt not guaranteed after this date)

• Finisher medal for every runner and walker

• Refreshments at start and finish

• Day-of registration available ($45)

8th Flapjack 5k & 10k Run/Walk (this event does not use RSU for registration. See link below!)

The Flapjack 5K is more than just a race—it’s a chance to stand for life, support local families, and have a whole lot of fun while doing it. Join us on Saturday, June 6, for a family-friendly timed 5K that starts and ends with pancakes! Whether you’re racing to win, walking with your kids, or pushing a stroller, every step helps moms, dads, and babies through the work of the AAA Pregnancy Resource Center.

• Can I register on race day? Yes—you can walk up and register on race day. Just make sure to bring your phone and a way to pay. You’ll need to scan a QR code to register on-site, so bring your phone and a credit card (or you can pay with cash or check). That said, early registration is highly recommended—it’s faster and more convenient!
