The Mighty Mile is for kids only ages 5 to 14 years old. All runners will receive a T-shirt, and Backpack, and a chipped timed accurate mile. Once the runner crosses the finish line they will receive
a Mighty Mile Finisher Medal.
The race is part of the Michigan Running Foundation Mighty Mile series put on at several locations in Michigan in an effort to encourage our children to run and stay active. We are partnering with the Wayne State Track and CC Program for this race. This race is located at the Track at Wayne State University (Tom Adams Field) on Wednesday evening June 3rd. We hope to have a fun and challenging event for all the kids to get their summer off to a running and healthy start!

The Cipriano Classic 5K Fun Run & Walk is an event to benefit the Cipriano Children's Trust, in heart and sole. The 5K starts and ends at the Farmington Family YMCA. We are returning to the all
paved, original course. The Cipriano Classic, an annual 5K race, helps raise money for the Cipriano's who have to pay for mounting medical expenses. Please help us support the Cipriano family.

Triathletes throughout Michigan have long considered the Island Lake State Recreation Area, home of the Island Lake Triathlon, an epic training destination, ideal for any athlete preparing for a
multisport event. Set within a 4,000-acre park in Livingston County that offers an “up north” experience without leaving southeast Michigan. The terrain is a mixture of open brush land to mature hardwood forest, with some pockets of open meadows mixed in with a paved road of rolling hills weaving throughout. You’ll swim the clear waters of Kent Lake, bike the park’s rolling, tree-lined hills, then run the panoramic final leg towards the lakeside finish line!
Island Lake Tri features 7 different events:
Olympic Triathlon — 1500 meter swim, 24-mile bike, 6.2-mile run
Sprint Triathlon — 750-meter swim (32 lengths in a standard metric pool), 12-mile bike ride, 3.1-mile run
Mini-Sprint Triathlon — 400-meter swim (16 lengths in a standard metric pool), 12-mile bike ride, 1.5-mile run
Olympic Aquabike (swim bike done) — 1500 meter swim, 24-mile bike ride

This fun and inspiring race benefits Ainsley's Angels Michigan and Livingston County Special Olympics. This super flat, paved course is great for runners, walkers and wheeled athletes. The course
will cover the Howell High School campus with a start and finish on the track/football field.
The mission of Special Olympics Michigan is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics has an ongoing need to raise funds for rental fees at practice facilities, uniforms and to attend games/tournaments.
Ainsley’s Angels celebrates everyone’s ability by pairing runners with riders. Together, the team works to safely accomplish local road races, while having fun. The Angel Athlete-rider is the core of the team and pulls the runner across the finish line with smiles, cheers and immeasurable inspirational spirit. With the health and well-being of the Angel Athlete-rider as of the foremost priority, Ainsley’s Angels provides the equipment to ensure everyone can experience endurance events. Serving as advocates to providing education and participating as active members in our local community, we believe everyone deserves to be included. Funds raised are used to buy specialized racing chairs.
Neither of these charities charge their athletes anything to take part and they survive completely on donations.
Chip timing, post-race snacks, cool swag and raffle prizes will be available. Prizes to the overall male and female winner, everyone is entered into drawings for all other prizes.
Race day sign up is allowed but to guarantee a shirt please sign up by May 18.
Strollers are welcome to take part in the event. Service animals are welcome as well, but please leave all other pets at home.

5K Run/5K Walk | 2K Walk | Little Sprout Sprint Race
Join us on Sunday, June 7, 2026, for a family-friendly event at the Troy Farm located at South Blvd. and Beach Road in Troy.
This event will
benefit the Stage Nature Center.
Runners and Walkers will participate on separate courses.
5K Runners start off on the nature trail of the Troy Farm, then follow a sidewalk course to the nature center before heading back to the Start/Finish line at the Troy Farm. 5k Walkers will start off on the same route after the 5k Runners.
2K Walkers head out onto the challenging nature trail of the Troy Farm that winds through meadows and wooded trails. Feel immersed in all that this natural setting has to offer.
*Event organizers reserve the right to move from an in-person to a virtual event should COVID restrictions make it necessary. All participants will automatically be transferred, no refunds will be processed.
$30 Adult Early Bird Registration until May 15th. (Additional $5 after May 16th for Adults)
$15 Youth Registration. (5K Run or 2K Walk, ages 0 -15 years).
$15 Little Sprout Sprint race. Little ones (ages 10 and under) are invited to participate in their own race. Registration includes a participant medal. First 50 "Sprouts" to preregister will receive a nature cape to run their mini-course. Parents may assist their children on the course free of charge.
Preregistration requested by May 15th to be guaranteed a t-shirt. *Please wait for you event to be called prior to coming to the start area. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines. For 5K your time will start when you cross the start line and end when you cross the finish, therefore there is no need to rush at the start.
All adult and youth finishers will receive a participation award. 5K awards to top male/female finishers and top three male/female finishers in each age group.
Top finishers awards will be presented at the completion of the event from the award table located on the stage.
No refunds will be issued for the race. However, upon request, a receipt for your kind donation to the nature center will be issued.

Our goal is to raise money to find a cure for HHT (Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia), also known as Osler-Weber-Rendu Syndrome, HHT is an inherited disease that leads to malformed blood vessels
in multiple organs of the body and typically begins with nosebleeds during childhood. HHT can result in serious health problems if not promptly diagnosed and treated. Our mission is to find a cure for HHT while saving the lives and improving the well-being of individuals and families affected by HHT.
Followed by announcements/welcoming, we start off with a picturesque kayak/SUP tour circling the main island of Gibraltar for a 2.8k (roughly 30 minutes) paddle throughout the Lake Erie waterfront and canal-front residential areas prior to the 5k run/walk. Kayakers will launch 1 at a time then start the 5k whenever they finish the paddle.
Join us for a day of fun and athletic diversity for a great cause.

through Downtown Rochester, MI. All proceeds from the Bark & Brew 5K directly support Leader Dog’s life‑changing programs and services, provided at no cost to people who are blind or have low vision.
Race Features
V.I.PAW – As a VIP, you will receive a 2026 branded Bark & Brew 5K pint glass and Velour Fingertip Sport Towel, along with your race bib, shirt, medal, and post-race beverage/food item. This category is capped at 400 registrants.
Beautiful Course – The 2026 5K course will guide runners through Downtown Rochester, leading into Rochester Municipal Park along Paint Creek. Participants will then transition onto the Paint Creek Trail, passing the Rochester Library and crossing University Drive before reaching the finish line near the Rochester Mills Beer Company.
Post-Race Party – After the race, celebrate your achievement with a complimentary beverage from Rochester Mills Beer Company or Starbucks Coffee, and a taste of Jersey Mike's subs or a Knapp's Donut. The Hot Dog Mile is an annual event celebrating hot dogs and regular dogs, dreamed up by the runners of Eastern Market Brewing Run Club. Participants eat four dogs and run four 1/4 mile laps- it's as
simple as that! All proceeds after race costs are donated to a local Detroit Dog Rescue!
It's like a beer mile, but with hot dogs! 4 hot dogs, 4 quarter mile laps, hopefully no puking and some beers at the end. a great hang-out to support dogs, eat hot dogs, have some beers and enjoy a lovely Sunday at Eastern Market!
The race event runs from 10am - 2pm with a DJ, adoptable dogs, and great swag. Select your wave start time when registering.
