It's that time of year! Old Man Winter sets in and E2P athletes TRI-bernate instead of hibernate! Training together is so much more fun than training alone!

Join us for a 1x per week Swim 2 Perform team training session to keep your feel for the water and to work on off season form and speed. Coach Franca is on deck to help you develop your stroke and prepare you for your season before adding lots of volume.

These are 1 hour workouts held at the beautiful Georgetown Prep indoor pool. Access to the locker room and showers are provided.
