2 fun run and running events in Denton, Maryland

THE HISTORY: This is the 18th Annual St. Paddy's Race 5K. The event was developed to help raise money so families could afford to send their children to summer camp and programs.

RACE TIME: 9:00 am

RACE LOCATION: Denton, MD

RACE ENTRY FEE: $ 35.00 for 5K, $20.00 for 1m Fun Run, $7 for kiddie dash

TO BENEFIT: Caroline County’s youth to participate in programs by offering scholarships.

SPONSOR/HOST: Caroline County Recreation and Parks

RACE COURSE: 3.11 mile out & back fast & flat 5k course through the streets of small town historic Denton, MD

RACE AMENITIES: Cool T-Shirts

WATER STOP INFO: There will be one water stop on the course and it will be located just past the 1 mile marker near Denton Elementary School as well as the start and finish area.

RACE TIMING: Seashore Strider Event Production will chip time the event using the Chronotrack chip timing system.

AWARDS: Custom Overall male and female, Masters, plus top 3 in 5 year age groups 6-8 to 70 over.
