📅 Saturday, June 13, 2026
📍 [Location TBD]
🧠 Men’s Mental Health Week
The huMAN 5K is more than a race—it’s a movement.
Held during Men’s Mental Health Week, this community 5K brings people together to break silence, reduce stigma, and raise critical funds for men’s mental health programming through The huMAN Project.
Men are often taught to endure quietly. This run creates space to move, feel, and connect—for ourselves, for the men we love, and for those who never felt safe asking for help.

Meaningful race swag with messages that matter
This is not about speed—it’s about showing up.
💙 Why You’re Running
Proceeds support The huMAN Project, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering emotional awareness, healing, and connection among men and boys through free groups, youth programs, and community events.
Every step helps fund:
Free men’s support groups
Youth emotional literacy programming
Community healing and outreach initiatives
👥 Run Solo or Join a Team
Participants are encouraged to form teams—gyms, barbershops, families, workplaces, faith groups, and community organizations are all welcome. Team fundraising is a powerful way to multiply impact.
🎽 Registration Includes
Official huMAN 5K race shirt
Timed race bib
Access to all event activities
The opportunity to run for something bigger than yourself
🧠 This Event Is For Everyone
While centered on men’s mental health, all genders and ages are welcome. If you believe men deserve space to feel, heal, and be fully human—this run is for you.
📞 Support Matters
If you or someone you love is struggling, help is available.
988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — Call or text 988 (U.S.)

Founded in 2012, the crew has been pounding the city's streets with a singular mission: get faster or die. Built on gritty determination and relentless improvement, Faster Bastards welcomes runners of all levels into a tight-knit community that doesn't just talk about speed, it demands it.
