Join us for the Annual Hot to Trot 5k on Saturday, July 26, 2025. This race grows bigger each year, so don’t miss out on all the fun. It’s a mostly flat family-friendly course, a perfect route for seasoned runners looking to PR, for the casual runner that’s in no rush, and for the entire family to take a walk before the day gets too hot! Every registrant will receive a cool performance-wicking t-shirt, breakfast, and maybe even a medal? Awards are given out to top runners, but the biggest hit of the day is our awesome t-shirts! In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt register by Thursday, July 10th.

1st, 2nd, 3rd for Overall Male and Female

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners for Male and Female Age Groups

14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

The race starts promptly at 8:00 AM, with registration beginning at 7:00 AM. Rain or shine!

Online Registration closes at 8:00 PM on 7/25/2025. We would still love to have you run! Day-of registration opens at the Upton VFW at 7 AM on 7/26/2025.
