It’s a rite of summer on Cape Cod: an event that attracts not only local triathletes but also visitors from across the nation and the world, (28 U.S. states, 7 nations represented last year!) Join a very festive yet competitive atmosphere at the 2026 Falmouth Sprint Triathlon.
This “short” sprint race is unique for its warm salt-water swim, a scenic bike ride that climbs to the majestic Nobska Point Light, and a flat 5k run entirely alongside one of New England’s most beautiful beaches.
The Falmouth Triathlon has been voted one of the top 5 races for beginners worldwide by the Triathletes Choice Awards, so “casual” athletes and newcomers know they are very welcome to join the tri-geeks. It’s a wonderful day for everyone!

The Cycle Against Suicide Pilgrim Tour is a fundraiser for Cycle Against Suicide. You entry fee includes a one way ticket on the Fast Ferry from Provincetown to Plymouth, SAG and luggage service, marked route, GPS route, ride jersey and a donation to Cycle Against Suicide. We encourage fundraising through Pledge Reg. Every donation makes a difference
Cycle Against Suicide is charity that makes a valuable contribution to the public education of mental health by changing the narrative surrounding suicide. When an individual is vulnerable enough to consider taking their own life, silence is read as indifference. With hundreds of people dying by suicide each year and research indicating that thousands more contemplate it, we all have a role to play to collectively address the challenges that suicide presents. In a bid to save more lives, Cycle Against Suicide through its programmes, sets out to change culture and create a society that openly talks about suicide to allow people to speak up and seek help.
It’s OK not to feel OK; and it is absolutely OK to ask for help’
