    Miles for Migraine will host its 9th annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run and Relax Massachusetts event on Saturday July 18th at Carson Beach (Mother's Rest Area) in South Boston. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. It's more than a walk/run - come connect with your local migraine & headache community, listen to our speakers & visit sponsors in the festival area.

    The 5K run is professionally timed. The Walk and the Relax events are free, but donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal.

    Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance at a fun prize!

    Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine free programs & services.

    Ride for the Boston Bruins Foundation's Pan Mass Challenge team this summer! The PMC's mission is to raise funds for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. 100% of every rider-raised dollar goes directly to Dana-Farber. The PMC offers 14 fully supported routes - from 25 to 186 miles - with different levels of cycling ability, fundraising capacity and logistics. As part of the Boston Bruins Foundation's PMC team, you will get special Bruins-themed PMC swag, exclusive fundraising help, bussing to the start line, and the support of our team members throughout the whole PMC weekend. The Chelsea Road Race continues to serve as a meaningful platform to promote healthy living and empower community members to embrace running and movement as part of their everyday lives.

    This year marks an exciting milestone as we proudly introduce, for the first time, wheelchair divisions for both female and male participants, further strengthening our commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and equal opportunity in sport. The race celebrates Chelsea’s rich and diverse cultural heritage while offering more than just a test of physical endurance, it is a celebration of community, resilience, and unity.

    Designed for individuals of varying abilities and experience levels, the course welcomes seasoned runners, casual joggers, and adaptive athletes alike. To recognize and reward early participation, the first 500 registered participants will receive an official race T-shirt as part of their race-day experience.
