Thank you for being a part of Tour de Greenbelt!
The event starts and ends at Allyn Cox Reservation on Sat., Sept. 26:
82 Eastern Ave.
Essex, MA
Please consider carpooling to the Cox Reservation, and arrive early to park and ride up to the start line. Please note the one-lane entrance to the property will close to vehicles at 8:50am for the 9:00am start.
Registration is open through September 17 at noon. If ordering one of our specialty jerseys, please order by Sept. 9 to guarantee that your jersey will arrive to you before the start date of the event. NOTE: due to expected delays at customs, we've moved the deadline earlier than previous years. Thank you for your understanding!
Jersey orders received after that date will be placed after the event and your jersey will be mailed to you approximately 2 weeks after the order is placed. Please visit ecga.org/tourdegreenbelt for jersey size specifications. They run snug!
Please note that the road route will only be LIGHTLY marked. You are encouraged to use the turn-by-turn navigation through Ride with GPS or download the GPX routes from https://ecga.org/tourdegreenbelt when they are ready in September. This is a tour-style ride, so there are no disqualifications for riding your own route and your own distance. The distance you choose during registration simply helps us plan for future years based on interest in each route. This year, we will not be offering a Century option during the event, however, the GPX route will still be available upon request for you ride at your leisure! Due to high demand, we have a second Gravel Grinder option, though!
All proceeds from the Tour de Greenbelt benefit Greenbelt's land conservation work. Greenbelt conserves the region's farmland, wildlife habitat and scenic landscapes. Our work helps ensure a local, healthy food supply, maintains clean air and water, builds climate resilience, protects native plants and animals, and conserves scenic vistas throughout Essex County, Massachusetts. Thank you for registering for Tour de Greenbelt--enjoy your ride through some of the region's most beautiful conserved land!
