  Come walk or run in The Burnside Bunny Hop 5K course that includes the beautiful scenery along the lake line of Lake Cumberland from Burnside School to the roadside park and back.

  Somerset Area XC Programs and Phoenix Wellness present The COOL RUN 5K at MIDNIGHT.

  The Race will be held in beautiful Downtown Somerset on an out and back course that is the fastest course in Somerset so come and run your personal best time in 2025.

  Early Registration: Register by June 6 to be guaranteed a T-shirt.

  Early Packet Pick-up: June 20 at location TBD

  Race Day Registration & Packet Pick-up: Registration begins at 10:30 pm in front of the Judicial Center in Downtown Somerset on FRIDAY, JUNE 20.

  Price: $20 through June 15; $25 on race day.

  Walkers Welcome! We encourage all those interested in fitness to participate.

  Join Phoenix Wellness for a Thanksgiving Day tradition! We’re excited to continue the Annual Pilgrimage in the Park 5K Trail Run on Thursday, November 26th at 8:00 AM at Pulaski Park in Nancy, Kentucky. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society. Come enjoy one of the best views of Lake Cumberland while running on scenic new trails—and make a little room for those Thanksgiving calories!

  Race Day Registration will be $30

  To be guaranteed a race shirt you must be registered by 11/10 at 11:59 pm.

  Age Divisions

  The age divisions will be as follows – 10 & Under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and 70 and Over.

  You will register in the age division according to your age on December 31, 2025. For example, if your birthday is 12/30 and you will be 30 years old on that day, you will register for the 30-39 age division even though you were 29 for most of the year.
