When you run or walk this 5k, you are helping remove those barriers and bring sustainable safe
water solutions to communities that need them most.
Your registration helps support WaterStep’s mission to provide sustainable safe water,
sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) solutions to communities around the world.

The Urban Bourbon Half Marathon is a 13.1‑mile experiential destination race that celebrates more than 200 years of Louisville and Kentucky’s distilling heritage. Louisville Race Club started in 2018 when four friends recognized a gap in their city's running landscape. They wanted a crew built on radical inclusivity, so they founded one. Now roughly 100 runners of all backgrounds and paces gather regularly, united by a simple mantra: Run As You Are. There's no gatekeeping here, no qualifying times, just people who show up for each other and the miles. The crew meets every 1st and 3rd Saturday at Gravely Brewing for a 5K, a ritual that's become the heartbeat of Louisville's most welcoming running community.
