The J Indoor Triathlon features a Super Sprint Distance and Sprint Distance, plus a Youth Super Sprint Distance. The 25 yard indoor pool allows each athlete to compete in their own lane. The quick ride on our Keiser Spin bikes will keep you moving as you transition to the track for a speedy finish!

Event details and schedule
Sprint heats will begin at 7 a.m.
Super Sprint heats will begin approximately at 9:45 a.m.
Youth Super Sprint heats will begin approximately at 1:30 p.m.
You will be notified of your start time prior to the event.
All heats start in the pool and will run approximately every 20-40 minutes.
Please bring confirmation of your registration and a photo ID to check-in.

Due to the overwhelming interest in our past simulation events, we are excited to announce that we’ll be hosting an entire Race Series consisting of four races. You can participate in one race...or all four!!
If you compete in all 4 races, you'll have a chance at a cash prize!!!
We’re excited to announce that the 4th and final race of our TryRox Series will be hosted in the Fieldhouse at the AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk. Competitors will take on the full-distance challenge right on the facility’s impressive 40,000 sq. ft. indoor turf field; a premier, climate-controlled space designed for high-performance events. This state-of-the-art venue will give athletes plenty of room to push their limits, spectators an incredible viewing experience, and our community the perfect setting to close out the series in epic fashion.
Come and experience the intensity, strategy, and challenge of a full HYROX-style race! Whether you're prepping for your next competition or just curious about what HYROX is all about, this simulation will give you the real-deal race feel and also great preparation for your upcoming race.
There are 2 division options to choose from (Individual & doubles - or you can do BOTH!), cool awards, parent/child team events, and swag you’ll love. If you want to register for Open AND Doubles, you must register for BOTH individually.
If you are registering as Doubles, ONLY ONE of you needs to register your team and you will be prompted to list your partners name prior to checkout.
All levels welcome—whether you’re racing Elite, Open, or just seeing what all the buzz is about. Come ready to sweat, push hard, and leave stronger than you came.
