Heartbeat of Hoagland Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to heart transplant recipients. The Heartbeat Hustle 5K Fun Run/Walk will kick off a day of fun, community, and fundraising for the foundation. The entire 5K route is a level, paved surface - perfect or all ages. The route is also stroller-friendly for young participants!

Event Description
This is the 52st running of the Parlor City Trot! Along with the half-marathon, there are also 10k and 5k runs. The course is flat and fast and winds through the streets of Bluffton, Ouabache State Park, and along the Wabash River on the scenic River Greenway. Runners of ALL speeds are welcome but there is a4 hour time limit for the half marathon event (early starts available).

We welcome runners and walkers of all speeds however, there is a 4 hour time limit for the Half-Marathon so we can give volunteers and the City of Bluffton some certainly about time commitments and the start and ending of street closures. Please be respectful of our time limit. An early start at 6:30am is available for runners who may not make the 4 hour time limit. Early starters are eligible for age-group awards, but not overall awards. Please message to the race organizers thru the registration system or at [email protected] if you are interested.
Join us for our first ever Woodburn Fall Event 5k run/walk. The 5k course runs through Woodburn's pastoral rural surroundings and proceeds through its quaint downtown. Map of 5k run route All runners receive a participation t-shirt and winners will receive a prize of locally processed honey. Parents will be interested to know that there is also a free 1k run/walk for children under 10 years old. Check-in time is 8:00AM EST, at the Woodburn Community Center. Runners are invited to participate in the other activities of the Woodburn Fall Event such as the BF Goodrich car show, a presentation of National Guard vehicles, a bouncy house, facepainting, and a balloon artist. Lot's of local food and beverage options will also be available. We look forward to welcoming you into the community of Woodburn.
Join us for the third annual Lake Life 8K race being held during Summerfest at Hamilton Lake! The race will begin at the Fish Creek Trail head and will take runners and walkers through the beautiful trail that runs next to Fish Creek. This is a flat crushed gravel type surface. The course will then lead runners into the Acres Land Trust grounds where they will get some true trail and grassy field running before heading back to run on the other side of the creek. Come join us on this beautiful unique course and stay to enjoy all of the events the rest of the day at beautiful Hamilton Lake.

The Apple Cider Century (ACC) is an annual one-day 15, 25, 37, 50, 62, 75 or 100 mile bicycle tour of the orchards, forests and wine country in and around Three Oaks, Michigan on the last Sunday in September. The ACC is a recreational and social tour for bicyclists. It is neither a race nor a test of stamina. It is intended that all participants ride the tour in a safe and intelligent manner.

Chupacabra, in Latin American popular legend, a monstrous creature that attacks animals and consumes their blood. The name is derived from the Spanish words chupar (“to suck”) and cabra (“goat”) and can be translated as “goat-sucker.” As a fearsome but probably nonexistent creature, the chupacabra has been characterized as the southern equivalent of the Sasquatch.
This endurance event just might “chupar” the life of you. Please join us if you dare!
Runners receive a limited-edition t-shirt and a Chupacabra wooden medal.
Rules:
We will start the clock every hour, you have one hour to finish that loop. The trail loop is 4-4.1 miles with just a small pavement section. If you don’t finish the loop in one hour you are OUSTED from the race!
Save your strength as we determine winners by who runs the final loop the fastest.
NO PACERS
No human or animal pacers allowed. Violating this rule results in a DQ.
Start/finish area
There is room for you to set up your own crew station at the shelter. Gatorade, water and snacks will be provided.
PRIZES
You receive chips ONLY after you completed 4 loops. We would like to push you to achieve a new distance goal this year.
Complete 4, 5, or 6 loops receive a red chip for each loop completed.
Complete 7, 8, or 9 loops receive a blue chip for each loop completed.
You can use those chips to turn into the prize tables. Each table will have a tablecloth corresponding with the color of the poker chip. Turn your chips in a select your prize. Red Chip table has shirts, coffee mug and other items from the previous Crazy Legs Race Series events. Blue Chip table as various items and contains free entries for Crazy Legs Race Series events.

The purpose Crazy Legs Race Series (CLRS) is to promote non-pavement/pavement races in the Northwest Indiana region through the development and management of new and existing races. At all our events you will experience fun and challenging course design in a low-key atmosphere. Races will be held in parks or areas in the Lake, Porter and Laporte counties.
The Crazy Legs Race Series welcomes and encourages participation in our events by all individuals regardless of their sexual orientation, biological sex, gender identity, or gender expression. Transgender runners may register as the gender they identify with and there is no documentation needed.
The Crazy Legs Race Series would like to begin by acknowledging that the land on which we host our races is the seized territory of the Miami, Shawnee, and Illinois Nations. Refugees from other nations also resided in the area we use, including the Lenape (Delaware). We honor those who have stewarded this land throughout the generations.

This is a self-led, ride at your own pace tour. Route maps will be available and road marks and directional signs will be present on the routes. Check-in at 9:00am. Route opens at 9:30am. Last bikes out by 10:30am. Please note some of the breweries may not open until 11:00am. Post-Ride Party follows at Watermark Brewing Company starting at 12:00pm.
Registration will be $40 through July 31st and $50 from August 1st until September 11th. Day of Event registration will be $60.
Riders must be over 21 years of age to participant in beer sampling and be able to present valid ID at check-in. All riders will be required to sign a waiver stating that they understand that bicycling can be a dangerous activity and that they assume all risks for participating in this activity and will not hold any of the organizers, sponsors or beneficiaries of this event liable for injury. Drinking additional alcohol during the ride is not encouraged and will be left to the discretion of each individual participant. Safety First!
