A fun way to continue a mission. Register today ... then join us on Race Day and enjoy a morning with a mission!!! By participating in our 5K event, you will help us raise money to cover the costs of the medical emergencies that arise whenever we take in surrendered and abandon pets. So, whether you choose to make it a quick competitive RUN or a leisurely non-competitive WALK ... we thank you and look forward to meeting you ... and your pets!!!

• To Register (In-Person) on Race Day: 7:30am-8:30am

• Check-In Time for those who Pre-Registered Online: 8:20am-8:40am

• Line-Up: 8:45-9:00am (Runners in Front, Walkers in Back)

• Race Start Time: 9:00am

• Race End Time: 11:30am

Timekeeping

Volunteers will unofficially track times with stopwatches.

Medals, Prizes, Snacks & Drinks

• PARTICIPANTS: Will receive a Medal, Snacks & Water

• PETS: Will receive a Bandana, Snacks & Water

• WINNERS: Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals & Prizes awarded to the top 3 finishers in each group: Men/Women/Pets

• Who is P.A.W.S? - P.A.W.S. is an Indiana not-for-profit corporation in Hancock County. Our programs are funded completely from donations, grants and fundraising events. With the exception of the cats at the PetSmart Adoption Center in Greenfield and our Cattery, all of our rescues are in foster homes.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or taking your first step into racing, this event has something for everyone. Early registration includes a t-shirt, and all finishers receive a commemorative medal. Don’t miss out on the first-ever race of its kind in Hancock County!

The run kicks off at Depot Street Park, guiding participants through Brandywine Park, Riley Park, and Beckenholdt Park, before returning to the finish line at Depot Street Park.

After the run, participants and spectators can enjoy live music and vendors,

making it a fun day for everyone. Be part of history as we host the very first

mini-marathon in Hancock County!
