Join us for the 16th annual Turkey Trotter 5 Mile Run / 4K Walk on November 7th. The race will be held at Wendell Moore Park in Oldham County, Kentucky. The course is a challenging mixture of cross
country, woodland trail and paved trail over a picturesque park setting.
All participants will receive a race shirt (must be registered by October 1st), a finish medal, and a chance at several door prizes.
Awards will be given to the overall Female and Male finisher as well as the top finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & over.

The NIRCA Cross Country Open 6K is an annual race that precedes the National Intercollegiate Running Club Association National Championships. Blue River Cross Country Course in Shelbyville, IN will
host this year's race. Blue River is sure to provide a memorable racing experience. After you race, stay around afterwards and watch the premier race in collegiate club running.
The NIRCA Open 6K is open to the public! If you're a part of the local community, a middle- or high school runner in your post season, a fan of collegiate club running, NIRCA alumni or ineligible athlete, a parent, spectator ...... then this race is for you!
Spikes may be worn at the runner's discretion. This race will take place in rain or shine.

RACE START TIME: 10 a.m.
DIRECTIONS: Race location is at Walton Park in Spring Valley at the corner of Rt 725 and Rt 42. From Bellbrook, take RT 725 east 5 miles. From Xenia, take Rt 42 south 7
miles. From the Dayton area, take Rt 35 to Rt 42 south. From points south, take Rt 42 north. Spring Valley is located about midway between Waynesville and Xenia on Rt 42.
PARKING: Walton Park, Elm Street, Spring Valley, Ohio
COURSE: This is a very flat out-and-back course on a paved rail-to-trails recreation path. Each race distance will have a clearly marked turnaound point.
REGISTRATION: Registration is available to all through RunSignup prior to the race. Online registration remains open until approximately 15 minutes before race start and can be done in-person at the race. Hard copy registration sheets are also available on race day if needed. Minors may be registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.
CHECK-IN: All participants must check-in before the race and attach their assigned timing chip to one of their shoes. Look for the table with the green tablecloth to get your chip.
We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, check in, and warm-up prior to the race start.
FEES:
All Current ORRRC Members Run for Free (Fee waived automatically when your RSU membership profile is used, or bring your card/proof of membership to the event)
Non-Members:
– $10 for ages 15 and up
– Free for ages 14 and under

The Whispering Christmas Jingle Jog 5k starts and finishes at the Eaton High School Wellness Center and takes runners through the 1-million light display at Fort St Clair State Park.

Pre Race Meeting -- 8:45 am
Race Start -- 9:00am for Full, 9:15am for Half,
9:30am for Quarter
Race Cutoff -- 3:00pm
racers will not be permitted to start any lap after 3pm
About the race
The Topo Trail Marathon will be held on the East Fork State Park mountain bike trails. There will be a 6.55 mile (Quarter) race, a 13.1 mile (Half) race, and a 26.2 mile (Full) race, something for everyone!
The course will be a 6.55 mile loop, 100% on singletrack. 1 lap for the Quarter, 2 laps for the Half, and 4 laps for the Full. Waterstops at mile 2, mile 4.5, and mile 6.55.
The waterstop at the start/finish will be fully stocked with water, Gatorade, bananas, and salty snacks. All other aid stations will have water and Gatorade only. Topo Buffs will be given to anyone who registers after the T Shirt deadline of Nov 14.

Directions to East Fork State Park
Take I275 to the Route 125 exit. Go East on Route 125 for approx. 10 miles to the East Fork State Park main entrance (Do not follow signs to the Campground). Turn Left on S. Bantam Road, turn left into the park and turn left again onto Park Road 2. Follow Park Road 2, the Indian Mound Picnic Area will be on your right.
